FELLOWSHIP OF CHRISTIAN ATHLETES (FCA) at Arkansas State University
Darius Dunaway
Area Representative with FCA
I'm Darius Dunaway— Area Directo serving with FCA Ministries in Jonesboro, Arkanasas (Arkansas State University). My passion is to help college student-athletes from all cultures discover God and confidently live out their identity in Christ. My goal is to saturate the South with men who lead others.

I believe that it all starts with the individual first, and the individual can affect the home, the home can affect the city, the city affect the state, the state affect the nation, and the nation affect the world. It all starts with the individual first.

What is FCA & My Role

Our relationships will demonstrate steadfast commitment to Jesus Christ and His Word through Integrity, Serving, Teamwork and Excellence.
FCA is a non profit organization that focuses on seeing the world transformed by Jesus Christ through the influence of coaches and athletes. FCA's goal is to lead every coach and athlete into a growing relationship with Jesus Christ and His church.
Since 1954, FCA has been challenging coaches and athletes on the professional, college, high school, junior high and youth levels to use the powerful platform of sport to reach every coach and every athlete with the transforming power of Jesus Christ. FCA focuses on serving local communities around the globe by engaging, equipping and empowering coaches and athletes to unite, inspire and change the world through the gospel.
Beyond Ministry
When I need a break, I'll grab some student-athletes or fellow staff and have some fun. We play ghetto Uno, and it gets intense! We also eat together and have great conversations. These guys love on our children as if they were their sibling. During the off season the guys would come by the house and play video games, shoot ball, and eat as much as they could. We even take time during the summer to go fishing. I have a missional community group that is always serving the guys and hosting the hangouts and feeding the guys as well. . It's such a blessing, I don't even call it “ministry".
